Cryptoasset industry problems: Shortage of smart contract developers

Token issuance implies to create token or deploy a smart contract for a specific contribution mechanism (ICO, STO or BRO model).

Specific developers’ skills are required for contracts creation & deployment (Solidity language for example on Ethereum Blockchain) or even for advising purpose to select the correct solution of their needs. Otherwise, entrepreneur has to find such technical skills like a smart contract developer and also trust him to develop his token-based model but how?
