Every startup always has a hundred reasons why it could fail, and only one reason why it succeeds. But you know what? That one reason for success is simply one of those hundred reasons for failure. The only difference is that the one reason has been tested, and it turned out to be a success.

The idea is that many startup owners these days tend to drill the brains of analysts with questions like, “What makes you think that my idea may not skyrocket?” Come on, you know your idea better than anyone else! Just take all those hundred flop reasons, choose the worst, and think up a way to test it cheaply and quickly. You’ll either confirm in time that it will not skyrocket or witness a wonder that could bring you millions of dollars.
