TOZ Token Allocation

Tozex platform is directly related to the use of our native utility ERC20 token, TOZ, for which the BRO protocol is designed to finance the project. Our native token is the cornerstone of the business model behind our platform.

The TOZ tokens will be distributed to fulfill our strategy and vision. The development of our project is mainly based on transparency and the fairest possible distribution of TOZ tokens.

Team and Advisors

Team tokens will be used to incentivize team members and advisors for their work and achievement. The team’s amount will be vested for two years after the completion of the BRO.

Airdrop

The Airdrop program will reward our first community members for participating in our ecosystem by spreading it around the world to contribute to its awareness. We have scheduled two Airdrop rounds. The first one is dedicated to creating our believer community to help us promote and improve the project. The second one is planned to attract new users to our platform by giving them access to TOZ tokens.

Bounty

We will launch bounty programs to help us to improve the security of our platform (smart contract library, order book, and web platform). The involvement of highly qualified software engineers, cryptographers, and cybersecurity experts is taken seriously to help our ecosystem scale.

Partners

All strategic partners will receive TOZ tokens a proof of partnership, allowing them to join the community and participate in voting. Building a strong ecosystem is the priority of such partnerships.

BRO

The final collected amount will help us grow our activities, as well as develop and secure our platform. There is no soft or hard cap in our project because BRO is not an ICO or STO (see the BRO section for more information). This new mechanism helps existing companies and products finance project to accelerate development.

The future valorizations of our digital asset represented by TOZ tokens will be entirely a reflection of our business activities (crowdfunding launch, trading and listing fees, community voting system) and the BRO reward mechanism. The total supply of TOZ tokens will be fixed at the end of the BRO campaign.

Liquidity Reserve

The liquidity reserve will be used to provide liquidity of TOZ tokens after the end of the BRO campaign.
